PU Flexible Foam

The cell structure of PU foam is mostly open cells. It is mainly used as furniture cushion materials, transportation vehicle seat cushion materials, packaging materials, insulation materials, various soft lining laminates, and composite materials. Adding catalysts can regulate the speed of foaming and gelation reactions and maintain a good balance state. The weather resistance of polyurethane is poor, and it will age, turn yellow, and decrease in physical properties under the influence of external factors such as light and heat. Adding antioxidants and UV absorbers can delay this process. Adding trace amounts of antioxidants to polyurethane raw materials or formulations can inhibit the thermal oxidation of polyurethane.

PU Rigid Foam

Polyurethane rigid foam has the characteristics of good insulation, light weight, high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent chemical resistance, and good sound insulation and shock resistance. It can be used as insulation materials, sandwich materials, packaging materials, sound insulation and shock absorption materials, and building materials. Adding catalysts can improve the formability, productivity, and physical properties of industrial foam production. Lithium Battery

NMP (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) is commonly used in lithium-ion battery production as a solvent and diluent for PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and other materials used in electrode preparation. Its high purity of 99.9% or above is generally required in order to meet quality and environmental standards for lithium-ion battery production. The quality of the slurry and the consistency of electrode coating can be directly affected by the quality of NMP used. As a result, NMP is widely used in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, which plays an important role in the development of new energy vehicles, digital products, and energy storage systems.

Semi-Conduct : Chips/Wafers

During the manufacturing process, Chips need to be polished and ground layer by layer, while the surface of the Wafer is also uneven. Additionally, there is a lot of dust during the production process. Therefore, chemical mechanical planarization is needed to help smooth out the surface. This involves using a polishing solution and a polishing brush, and through friction and rotation, the uneven parts are smoothed out. Grinding and polishing are necessary for the production of semiconductor Chips and Wafers.

LCD/OLED Stripper

Stripper solution is a key chemical material in the production process of manufacturing techniques such as lithography, development, etching, stripping, and cleaning. It plays an important role in improving the yield of chips and the clarity of display panel images. High-purity DMPA and BDG are the main raw materials for the production of organic stripper solution, greatly improving the performance of the stripping solution.

Elastomers

Elastomers are amorphous, low-crystalline or non-crystalline materials with different chemical properties (TPE, plastomer, SBS, SEBS, TPU, EPR, EPDM, NR, TPV, X-SBR, etc.). Due to their permeability, elastomers are susceptible to thermal and ultraviolet oxidation, which gradually reduces their elastomeric properties over time. Like all plastics, elastomers need to meet the growing sustainability requirements to fulfill the trend of circular economy, including overall recyclability and high percentage of recycled thermoplastic elastomers. These sustainable development requirements are in addition to traditional requirements such as low-temperature performance, wear resistance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, ozone resistance, soft touch, low odor, fog-free performance, and low VOC emissions.
