Specification:

Feature: This product is the third generation of PP nucleating agent,it has excellent 

improving transparency, surface gloss and other physical and mechanical properties.

It has good compatibility with PP, non-toxic, can be used for food contact materials.

Uses: Nucleating agent RC-3 apply to the transparent plastic product, such as medical 

supplies, cultural goods, beverage package, transparent cup, bowl, tub,dish,CD box,etc. 

It is also apply to high temperature sterilization, and widely used in transparent PP sheet 

and transparent PP tube. Nucleating agent RC-3 not only to dry blend with PP directly, 

but also can be made into master batch and then use it. Generally, it having effects on 

the transparency when the adding content in 0.2%-0.4%. Suggestion to adding 0.2%-0.4% 

and processing temperature should be 190℃-260℃.

Packing: in 5kgs or 10kgs net carton with inner bag.

Storage: Storing in dry,airproof and lucifugal conditions. It can be saved in 3 years in the 

term of un-opened. It should be fasten if unused.
