PU Rigid Foam

Polyurethane rigid foam has the characteristics of good insulation, light weight, high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent chemical resistance, and good sound insulation and shock resistance. It can be used as insulation materials, sandwich materials, packaging materials, sound insulation and shock absorption materials, and building materials. Adding catalysts can improve the formability, productivity, and physical properties of industrial foam production. The weather resistance of polyurethane is poor, and it will age, turn yellow, and decrease in physical properties under the influence of external factors such as light and heat. Adding antioxidants and UV absorbers can delay this process. Adding trace amounts of antioxidants to polyurethane raw materials or formulations can inhibit the thermal oxidation of polyurethane.
